These classes are for children beginning as young as 18 months and are designed to introduce kids
to a variety of sports and to prepare them for participation on an organized team in a fun and
non-competitive environment. Each class includes warm-ups and agility work that improve balance,
coordination, and spatial awareness. All of the equipment is provided in these fun, upbeat, and
non-competitive classes. Small class sizes with a focus on sportsmanship and teamwork help get
your child ready for the differences in free play vs. playing on an organized team. All classes are
once per week for 45 minutes unless otherwise specified.
Jumpin' Joeys (18 months to 2.5 years) 30 minute class
Parent child class with work on coordination, agility, balance, basic throwing, catching, and kicking.
Cougars Training Camp (3-4yrs)
focus on balance, coordination, and agility. Also, emphasis on sportsmanship, patience, and
cooperation with teammates.
Stingray Starters (5-6yrs)
Classes designed for children that are comfortable using sports equipment. Can perform sports
drills without getting frustrated and works well with other teammates. Understands the introduction of
specific sports rules and terms. Follows directions well and focuses during class.
